Sadly the service at Joe's Auto has declined recently. I have been coming here for all my vehicles servicing since we moved to the area about 5 years ago. My first time here I had a great chat with Joe and every time I visited since he remembered where I was from and asked how our other vehicle was. His son, Adam, was equally friendly and ran the shop really efficiently always taking the time to explain diagnosis, recommendations and show us parts that were replaced. Now, there is a gentlemen running the front desk called Augustine and all this has changed. Our vehicle was back in the shop for an on-going check engine light related to a leak in the evap system, Augustine called me to tell me they had diagnosed 3 separate sensors that were all faulty and needed replacing. 2 of these had already been replaced by this shop last year when this engine code first started. When I asked him to explain the 3rd sensor to me he was either unwilling to or unable to, I asked because it sounded very similar in name to one of the others and wanted to verify which one had already been replaced. I ended up having the other 2 replaced under warranty and plan to find another shop for our repair need

Had a flat tire on my way to work today and the guys at Joes Auto center removed the nail and patched up my tire in less than 5 minutes. And on top of that, they didn’t even charge me! Totally turned my rotten day around. Thank you SO MUCH to the guys at Joes!

I have been a dedicated customer of Joes auto on wardlow for over 4 years now. Joe has always been kind, helpful and honest. Now that FRANCIS is running the place i am so disgusted by how i was treated. Came in to get an inspection and he told me it would be 200. told him i would come back when they opened and when i did, he told me he could not help me!!! back story: i came in 4 months ago and paid 150 to see what was wrong with my driver side window and why it wouldn't roll down. after the inspection, FRANCIS told me i needed a new switch. they replaced it and it still did not work. they apply the inspection fee to the service and since i also got an oil change, i didn't owe anything. in fact, they owed me change but that was irrelevant to me. come back this morning to pay the new 200 inspection fee so he can continue to check my window, oil change and to find out why my car dies when i turn the air on. he REFUSED to serve me. he said my car is too old (2003) and he did not want to work on it. i was shocked! so then i said, just an oil change he said no i don't want you as a customer!! im standing there in disbelief. it seems like he was mad that i didn't bring my car back after
